"Hard" means different things on a trophy list. Some platinums are a skill check you either pass or do not. Some are a collection hunt where one missing item blocks the platinum. Some are simply enormous, the kind of list that eats a season of evenings. This roundup covers six platinums that hit at least one of those walls hard, all of which have their own platinum page on this store.
For each one you get what actually makes it difficult, a realistic time range from community trophy roadmaps such as PowerPyx and the PSNProfiles guides, whether you need to go online, and who is most likely to want help. Time estimates assume a reasonably skilled player; your own number can be well above or below them.

Skill walls: Sekiro and Bloodborne
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has 34 trophies and no difficulty settings, so there is no easy mode to fall back on. The platinum needs all four endings (Shura, Immortal Severance, Purification and Return, the last one awarded as Dragon's Homecoming), which PowerPyx puts at two playthroughs with careful save backups or four without them. Most of the endings run through Sword Saint Isshin, a multi-phase final fight that stops many players cold. Sixteen trophies are missable, so a guide on the first run saves a lot of pain.

Bloodborne also has 34 trophies. The story is fair by FromSoftware standards; the wall is the Chalice Dungeons. You need to reach Great Pthumeru Ihyll and defeat Yharnam, the Pthumerian Queen, and on the way the Defiled Chalice halves your maximum health, turning its bosses into some of the hardest fights in the game. All three endings are needed too, which a save backup before the final choice can cover in one run. The Old Hunters expansion is not required.

If you want to try these yourself first, our free Sekiro platinum guide and Bloodborne platinum guide lay out the routes.
Collection walls: Elden Ring and Nioh 2
Elden Ring has 42 trophies. The four legendary sets are the grind: 9 Legendary Armaments, 6 Legendary Ashen Remains, 7 Legendary Sorceries and Incantations, and 8 Legendary Talismans, scattered across a huge world. Three ending trophies (Elden Lord, Age of the Stars and Lord of Frenzied Flame) lock each other out on a single run, so you need save backups or New Game Plus cycles. Malenia, widely considered the toughest boss in the base game, has a required trophy of her own. Shadow of the Erdtree content is not needed for the platinum.

Nioh 2 has 56 trophies and nothing missable, which sounds friendly until you see the length. Every weapon type needs heavy proficiency for its mastery trophy, and collection trophies ask for all 150 Kodama, every Soul Core (including rare Scampuss drops that come down to luck) and 50 appraised tea utensils. Roadmaps put it at 100 to 200 hours. Our Nioh 2 platinum guide covers the farming routes.
Endgame spikes: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
Most of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is approachable, and you can play on any difficulty without losing trophies. The spike is optional endgame content: Peace At Last for defeating Simon, Clea for the boss of the Flying Manor, and Endless for clearing all 33 fights of the Endless Tower. Five trophies are missable, so it rewards planning. Our Clair Obscur platinum guide has the full route.
Time walls: Grand Theft Auto V
GTA V is not hard in the reflex sense. It is hard because the platinum requires GTA Online trophies, including Above the Law for reaching Rank 100, on top of 100 percent story completion and 70 gold medals. PowerPyx estimates 150 hours or more, around 100 of them online, and online play needs PlayStation Plus. The store listing is titled "(Story Mode)", so confirm with support that the online trophies are covered before you order. Our GTA V service vs grind breakdown does the full maths.
When a service saves the most
A platinum service makes the most sense where the wall is time or skill you do not have, rather than a few fiddly trophies you could clean up in an evening. Every page in the table above works the same way: choose "Instant time-stamps" for $15 or "Legit time-stamps" for $25, and optionally tick "Platinum trophy for 3 extra games - 20% Off" for $36 more. That add-on works out to $12 per extra game, so if several of these are on your backlog, one order can cover them; ask support which timestamp style the extra games get if that matters to you.
Orders are completed by signing in to your PSN account, so lock down payment settings first. If you already have progress on a list, or the game has separate PS4 and PS5 lists, say so in your order message.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the hardest platinum on this list?
For pure skill, Sekiro, because it has no difficulty settings and needs four endings. For time, GTA V, because Rank 100 in GTA Online alone takes around 100 hours. Bloodborne's Defiled Chalice is the sharpest single spike.
Which of these platinums need online play?
Only GTA V. Its list includes GTA Online trophies up to Rank 100, and online play on PlayStation needs a PS Plus membership. Sekiro, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, Nioh 2 and Clair Obscur can all be completed offline.
Do I need DLC for these platinums?
No. Elden Ring's platinum does not need Shadow of the Erdtree, Bloodborne's does not need The Old Hunters, and Nioh 2's does not need its expansions. DLC trophies sit in separate groups that do not count toward the platinum.
Does difficulty setting affect the trophies?
Sekiro has no difficulty settings at all. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 lets you play on any difficulty without losing trophies. FromSoftware's other games here have no difficulty slider, so preparation and levelling do the work instead.
How much does a platinum service cost for these games?
Each platinum page offers instant time-stamps for $15 or legit time-stamps for $25. The optional "Platinum trophy for 3 extra games - 20% Off" add-on is $36. Check the page for the current options before you check out.
Can I order several hard platinums at once?
Yes, through the 3 extra games add-on on any per-game platinum page, which covers your main game plus three more. Name all four games, their PS4 or PS5 versions and your timestamp choice in your order message.
