Crimson Desert has 42 trophies on PS5 as of November 2026: the base game's 35 (1 Platinum, 4 Gold, 10 Silver and 20 Bronze) plus a 7-trophy pack for the Charting the Unknown DLC. The Platinum, Pywel Legend, only needs the base 35, all offline and earnable in one playthrough. Only a handful are tied to the story; the rest come from the game's Challenges menu, which covers weapon mastery, puzzles, the Abyss, hunting, horses, trading and life skills. This guide lists every trophy and groups them by the activity that earns them.
We checked the list against PowerPyx's Crimson Desert trophy guide (updated for patch 1.15), the Steam achievement list, TrueTrophies and Exophase's DLC listings, and Pearl Abyss's official patch notes in November 2026.
The Trophy List at a Glance
PowerPyx's overview gives the key numbers: 35 offline trophies, no online trophies, no glitched trophies and a minimum of one playthrough. There is no PS4 version, so there is no separate list to stack or auto-pop. On Steam and Xbox the same goals appear as achievements without a Platinum equivalent: 41 in total on each, which is the base game's 34 plus the seven added with the expansion.

Difficulty is not a factor. PowerPyx confirms difficulty does not affect trophies, and patch 1.04.00 added Easy, Normal and Hard options under Settings, Play, so you can lower it for a stubborn boss without losing anything. PowerPyx rates the list 6 out of 10 on Easy and 7 out of 10 on Normal, with an estimated 200 to 300 or more hours to the Platinum. The two hardest trophies, by its assessment, are Expert Storyteller for its many bosses and Expert Explorer for its puzzles.
The most important mechanic to understand is that almost every trophy is a bundle of challenges. Each trophy says "Complete all X challenges," and challenge progress only counts once the challenge itself is unlocked. PowerPyx's roadmap tells you to find all 141 Sealed Abyss Artifacts early for exactly this reason.

Story and Camp Trophies
Five trophies come from simply playing the campaign and building up the Greymanes' base. They arrive naturally, but two of them need a deliberate step you could overlook.

- Novice Adventurer pops when you finish Chapter 1.
- Master Camper comes from activating the camp at Howling Hill in Chapter 3.
- Protector of Pailune requires completing Chapter 7.
- Proud Returnee is the one people miss: after Chapter 7 you have to relocate the Greymane camp from Howling Hill to Pailune, which PowerPyx says also involves rebuilding Pailune through expeditions.
- Expert Storyteller needs every main quest and, according to PowerPyx, unlocks after the first Epilogue quest.
Our list of all Crimson Desert chapters shows where each of these milestones falls in the campaign, along with the story keys that open other systems.
Weapon Mastery and Combat Trophies
The largest group by count is combat. Nine bronze trophies cover individual weapon types: swords, shields, bows, spears, two-handed weapons, cannons, rapiers with shields, and guns, plus Relentless Warrior for the ten training challenges. These are best tackled whenever you are already using that weapon, since each set is only five or six challenges.
The rest of the combat trophies are where the risk sits. Battlefield Conqueror (battle challenges), Brilliant Tactician (operation challenges), Grand Collector of Arms (special weapons), Shadowlord (Above the Law challenges) and the gold Unvanquished Strategist (mastery challenges) are the five PowerPyx lists as missable because of challenge requirements. Its specific warnings include keeping all 10 Special Weapons and not upgrading the Marni Laser Helm to its Kuku version, not selling or donating the Vessel of Dark Pursuit, and not liberating enemy camps until the related challenges are done so you do not run out of enemy types. Beast Slayer and Lord of Honor round out the group.
Two of those warnings deserve extra care. PowerPyx marks Operation 7, "Disruption," as missable because it needs Jackals in Pailune, and they stop appearing once Pailune's camps and quests are cleared. It also lists Above the Law 4, "Back Alley Cleanup," as missable if you finish all bounties first, while noting a reader report that a later patch may have changed this. When in doubt, complete those specific challenges before you clean up a region.
Preparation makes these sets much smoother. PowerPyx's roadmap suggests gathering upgrade materials and refining gear to around Refinement Level 5 or 6 before you push the challenge lists, and having more of your kit unlocked, including the elements, gives you more options in the harder battle and mastery challenges. Our guide to Crimson Desert elemental powers lists the Abyss routes for all four.
Exploration and Puzzle Trophies
Exploration trophies are the biggest time sink on the list. Pilgrim of Wonders alone asks for 60 secret places, Puzzle Solver for 37 Ancient Ruins challenges, Lightbringer for 16 sanctums and Navigator of the Stars for 13 constellations. Conqueror of Spires (8 spires) and Maze Pathfinder (4 mazes) are smaller.
Two golds sit on top. Conqueror of the Abysses requires all 40 Abyss challenges, the floating-island puzzles that also unlock elements and many upgrades, and Expert Explorer requires every exploration challenge across nine subcategories. PowerPyx's preparation advice is to activate the 8 Hidden Bells and fast travel points to clear the map fog first, which makes the location-based challenges far easier to find.
Life, Hunting and Collection Trophies
The quieter systems carry five more trophies:
- Natural Collector (12 life challenges), which includes "The Underwater Ecosystem," the challenge for logging all fish. PowerPyx counts 56 fish and aquatic creatures for it, including five legendary fish; our Crimson Desert fishing guide covers where they are.
- Ultimate Hunter (11 hunting challenges).
- Tamer of Legends (10 horse challenges). The legendary horses and the hunted legendary animals are covered in our guide to Crimson Desert legendary mounts.
- The Golden Merchant (5 trade challenges).
- True Gamer (minigame challenges across five subcategories).
True Gamer deserves a note of its own because the minigame lineup has grown since launch. PowerPyx counts five minigame subcategories, but Pearl Abyss has since added a Claw Machine minigame in patch 1.06.00, Pinball and Orb Roll in patch 1.10.00 and Banker's Dice with the expansion in patch 2.04.00. Before you grind a new minigame for the trophy, open the minigame challenge list in game and check which ones it actually tracks. The card game Duo, played at gambling dens starting in Hernand for 15 Silver a game, is one of the original options.
PowerPyx flags two cumulative Life challenges as worth tracking from the start: picking up "???" items as you go, because insects and 100 caves count toward totals that are tedious to finish later.
The Charting the Unknown Trophy Pack
The expansion, released October 29, 2026, added a separate add-on list of seven trophies. TrueTrophies counts them as four silver and three bronze, which brings the PS5 total to 42 (23 bronze, 14 silver, 4 gold and the Platinum). Pearl Abyss's 2.04.00 patch notes do not mention them, so check the trophy list itself rather than the patch notes. The requirements, as worded on the Steam achievement list:
- Dawn Politician: complete Damiane's "From the Ashes" quest.
- Charter: complete Kliff's "Beyond the Margins" quest.
- Forger of Tomorrow: complete Oongka's "Forged Resolve" quest.
- Over the Horizon: complete all voyage challenges.
- Deep-sea Wanderer: complete all swimming challenges.
- Management Tycoon: complete all management challenges.
- Trial by Flower: complete all Garden of Trials challenges.
Three of these follow the character stories that unlock after Journey's End, and the other four map onto the new ships, diving, rented facilities and the boss gauntlet. As DLC trophies they sit outside the Platinum: PowerPyx states Pywel Legend requires no DLC. Early rarity figures on Exophase showed Management Tycoon earned by just 0.08 percent of tracked players in early November, barely a week after the expansion launched.
Note too that the Enhanced update in August reset everyone's skill progression once and refunded the resources, so returning trophy hunters should relearn key skills before resuming challenge work. For a step-by-step order of attack and the missable details in more depth, our Crimson Desert platinum trophy guide lays out a full roadmap for the base list.
Want the Platinum Done for You?
With a time estimate in the hundreds of hours, not every trophy hunter can fit this list in. The store's Crimson Desert Platinum Trophy service covers the standard base game list on PS5: all 20 Bronze, all 10 Silver and all 4 Gold trophies plus the Platinum, unlocked on your account. You can pick instant timestamps, where everything unlocks within seconds, or spaced timestamps with realistic gaps between trophies, and the page notes that any DLC-only trophies would require the matching DLC. It works on PS5 only.
If you only need part of the list handled, such as the mounts behind Tamer of Legends or the elements, browse the Crimson Desert services hub for the individual services and their platform notes.
