For 8 Ball Pool customer service, the fastest official route is inside the game: open Settings, tap Help and Support (it may show as Contact Us), pick the topic and send your message. The alternative is the Submit a request form on support.miniclip.com, and Miniclip says any other channel claiming to be its support, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or social media messages, is not run by Miniclip.
We checked this against Miniclip's help center pages on official support channels, support accounts, ticket spam, account changes, missing coins and missing purchases, and its guidance on display problems, all as published in November 2026.
The Official Ways to Contact Miniclip
Miniclip's support channels article lists three routes for 8 Ball Pool players and calls the in-game option the fastest, because it automatically attaches details that help the team identify your account and device.

- In-game (mobile): Settings, then Help and Support or Contact Us, then the topic that matches your issue.
- Miniclip Support website: the Submit a request form on support.miniclip.com, where you choose the game and fill in the requested details.
- 8 Ball Pool web: the browser version lives at 8ballpool.com, and Miniclip points web players to the support or contact option on that site or to the same Submit a request form.
Miniclip states plainly that only these channels are official. Any service, account or person offering "Miniclip support" through messaging apps, social media messages, personal email addresses or unofficial websites is not owned, operated or endorsed by Miniclip, and real support will never ask you to move a conversation to one of them.
For reporting another player, there is a fourth tool: the in-game report button on that player's profile. Our guide to reporting cheaters in 8 Ball Pool covers when to use the button and when a ticket is better.
How to Send a Ticket That Gets Answered
Support teams answer clear tickets faster. Here is a sequence that matches what Miniclip asks for:
- Find your Unique ID. Tap your avatar on the main screen to open your profile, then tap the icon next to the ID to copy it. Miniclip asks players to include it in every message.
- Note your setup. Your device, operating system and game version. The version number sits at the bottom of the Settings page.
- Capture evidence. Screenshots or a short screen recording of the problem, plus purchase or transaction details if it is a payment issue.
- Open the in-game Help and Support option and choose the closest topic. If you cannot get into the game, use the Submit a request form instead.
- Write one clear message. What happened, when, what you expected and what you have already tried.
- Send it once and wait. Do not open duplicate tickets.
That last step matters more than it sounds. Miniclip says duplicate messages are deleted and push you back to the start of the queue, and a player who opens more than 5 new tickets about the same issue can be treated as a spammer, suspended and have follow-ups ignored. Busy periods such as the holiday season slow replies down for everyone.
What to Share, and What Never to Share
Miniclip lists the information Player Support may ask for so you can tell a real request from a phishing attempt.

Support may legitimately ask for:
- Your Player ID or Unique ID and in-game name.
- Your device, operating system and game version.
- A description of the issue with screenshots or video.
- Purchase or transaction details when investigating a payment.
- Another player's Unique ID and screenshots when you report them.
Support will never ask for:
- Your password, or your Google, Apple or Facebook password.
- Verification codes, authentication codes or one-time passwords.
- Your card number, security code or online banking password.
- Remote access to your device, or your login details so someone else can sign in.
If you already shared a password or code with someone posing as support, Miniclip's advice is to secure the affected account straight away (change the password and turn on two-factor authentication) and then contact the relevant official support team. For Facebook-linked profiles, our guide to 8 Ball Pool login and Facebook linking explains which provider to secure first.
What Support Can and Cannot Do
Many tickets go unresolved because they ask for something the team is not allowed to do. Miniclip publishes the list:
- No account changes: the Player Experience team does not unlink Facebook, Google, Apple or Miniclip ID, change emails, recover lost or hacked accounts, or change passwords.
- No resets: accounts cannot be reset or have their statistics refreshed, though you can request deletion, which Miniclip says can take up to 30 days.
- No guest recovery: guest data lives on the device and cannot be recovered once lost.
- Penalties stay in place: permanent bans, suspensions and warnings are not removed manually, and Miniclip will not share the evidence or dates behind them.
- Inactive accounts: under Miniclip's retention policy, accounts inactive for 3 years are deleted and cannot be restored.
Subscription billing is handled by the store that charged you. Miniclip's subscription articles send Android players to Google Play's Subscriptions page and iPhone players to the Subscriptions list under their Apple ID, and our guide to Elite membership and cancelling it lays out those steps. For lost-access cases, our existing guide to 8 Ball Pool account recovery covers what you can still do yourself.
Fix These Yourself Before Writing In
Several common problems have documented fixes that work faster than a ticket:
- Coins seem to be missing: check whether your cue is set to auto-recharge, whether you paid table rental fees on higher tables, whether you are logged into the right account, and whether someone else played on your device.
- Pool Pass, cues or events vanished after an update: Miniclip says this is not a bug; play a match or minigame and the content loads back in.
- A newly collected avatar is missing: close the game, reopen it, log back in and wait for the "Updating" message.
- Black squares or duplicated balls on the table: update the game and your device, free storage, close background apps, clear the game's cache, restart, and as a last step reinstall (after confirming your account is linked).
- Cannot challenge a friend: compare game versions in Settings, since mismatched versions and mobile versus web players cannot play each other.
Purchase Problems: What to Check First
Payment issues are one of the most common reasons players contact support, and a few of them have known causes. Miniclip's progressive purchases article warns that multi-step promotions track progress on the device: clearing the cache resets the current state of the promo, and logging in on another device shows no progress at all. Buy every step of those offers on the same device, and if something still goes wrong, open a ticket with your receipts.
If you need to change how you pay, Miniclip says to select the item, then switch the payment method (or choose a voucher) in the pop-up that appears; on Apple devices, payment methods are managed through Apple's own settings. For web shop purchases, check that the Unique ID you entered belongs to the account you meant to top up before you pay, because the shop sends content to whichever ID you type. Loyalty Shop redemptions on the web shop are final and non-refundable, so a ticket will not reverse one.
When you do write in about a purchase, include the order or transaction reference, the date, the platform you paid on and a screenshot of the receipt. That is the detail Miniclip lists as relevant for payment investigations.
Support Accounts, Replies and Your Email
Contacting Miniclip creates a support account, which is separate from your game account. Miniclip explains that support sees your messages in its ticket system as long as you use the same email, which is why you must always name the game and give your Unique ID, nickname or email so the team knows which game account you mean.
Replies go to the email on your support account. If you created that account through a social login and see no answers, Miniclip says to open your profile on the help center, edit it and make sure an email address is saved. You can also change the name used in replies from the help center's profile page. Old tickets and inactive support accounts are deleted after 3 years under the same retention policy.
Keep the tone civil, too. Miniclip lists threatening support agents and spamming support channels among the behaviors that can lead to a suspension, the same list that covers rude chat in matches. Our guide to emoji meanings and chat etiquette covers the in-game side of that.
Thinking About a Different Account?
Support cannot move progress between profiles or restore a lost guest account, so some players decide to start again and others look at existing profiles. The store's 8 Ball Pool hub carries account listings from third-party sellers, each stating its level, coins and cues.
Understand Miniclip's position before you go that way: its Terms and Conditions prohibit giving, selling or otherwise transferring an account to another person, and Miniclip support will not change account ownership, emails or linked logins for anyone. Linking two login methods to the account you play remains the simplest protection against needing support at all.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I contact 8 Ball Pool customer service?
In the game, open Settings and tap Help and Support or Contact Us, then choose a topic. Outside the game, use the Submit a request form on support.miniclip.com and select 8 Ball Pool.
Does Miniclip support chat on WhatsApp or Telegram?
No. Miniclip says support offered through WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or social media messages is not official, and real staff never move a conversation to those apps.
How long does Miniclip take to reply?
Miniclip does not publish a fixed response time and notes that busy periods such as the holidays slow things down. Sending duplicate tickets makes the wait longer, not shorter.
Why am I not getting replies from support?
Replies go to the email on your support account. If you signed in to the help center with a social login, add an email address in your help center profile.
Can customer service recover my hacked account?
No. The team cannot recover hacked accounts or change logins. Secure the linked Facebook, Google, Apple or Miniclip ID account directly with that provider.
How do I get a refund for an 8 Ball Pool subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple, so manage cancellations and billing requests there. Note that Miniclip lists refund misuse among the reasons an account can be suspended.
