Easy PS5 Trophies: 6 Relaxed Platinums With No Online

The easiest PS5 trophies to fully complete come from games with no missables, no online requirements and no difficulty-locked trophies, and the best-known examples are Astro's Playroom, Astro Bot, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Stray. Each has a PowerPyx difficulty rating of 3.5 out of 10 or lower, and the shortest takes only three to four hours. Below you will find the numbers for each, what catches people out, and how to plan an easy platinum so it actually stays easy.

We checked this against the PowerPyx trophy guides and roadmaps for all six games, plus PlayStation's trophy support page, in November 2026. Difficulty and time figures are PowerPyx estimates, not official Sony numbers.

What Makes a PS5 Platinum Easy

An easy platinum is less about how hard the game is to play and more about how forgiving the trophy list is. The lists below share four traits that keep the effort low: you can earn everything on the lowest difficulty, nothing is permanently missable, there are no online trophies that depend on servers or other players, and one playthrough (or close to it) is enough.

Missables are the big one. A list with zero missables lets you play however you like and clean up afterward through chapter select, free roam or level select. A list with even one missable trophy means reading ahead, which is where most frustration comes from. Online trophies are the second risk: servers can close and lobbies can empty, and an online requirement can turn an easy list into an impossible one years later.

Time matters too, but less than you might think. A 25-hour list with no missables and no difficulty requirement is often more relaxing than an 8-hour list with a strict speedrun trophy. That is why this list mixes short games with longer ones: they are all easy in the sense that matters, which is that nothing you do on a first run can lock you out.

The Shortlist at a Glance

Here are the six games with the PowerPyx difficulty rating, estimated time to platinum, and missable count for each. Every one of them has zero online trophies.

If you only have a weekend, start at the top. If you want something longer that still never punishes you, the two Spider-Man games and Astro Bot are the comfortable picks. The two games with a missable both come with clear, simple warnings, covered below.

A sensible order for a brand-new hunter is Astro's Playroom first, since it costs nothing extra and teaches you how trophy lists, level select and cleanup work. Move to Stray or Rift Apart next for a short, story-driven list, then take on Astro Bot or one of the Spider-Man games when you are ready for a longer collectible hunt. Spreading them out this way also keeps things fresh: a platformer, a short adventure, then an open world, rather than three similar games back to back. If you already own some of these through a PlayStation Plus tier or a past sale, start with whichever is installed and save the rest for later.

Astro's Playroom and Astro Bot

Astro's Playroom is the obvious first platinum because it is already on your console. PowerPyx notes that it comes pre-installed on every PS5 as a showcase for the DualSense controller, and rates it 2 out of 10 with a platinum time of about three to four hours. It has 46 trophies, including 1 platinum, 5 Gold, 13 Silver and 27 Bronze, none of them online and none missable, since every level can be replayed through Level Select.

Watch for one detail: the game also has three Gold DLC trophies, including a speedrun across eight levels in 7 minutes total. PowerPyx confirms those are not required for the platinum, so you can ignore them if you only want the main list.

Astro Bot is the bigger follow-up. PowerPyx rates it 3 out of 10 with roughly 15 hours to platinum and 44 trophies (1 platinum, 2 Gold, 17 Silver, 24 Bronze). There are no difficulty settings, so everyone plays the same game, and nothing is missable. The longest task is collecting enough coins for 150 Gatcha items, which can mean replaying levels, and PowerPyx names The Golden Bot as the hardest trophy on the list. Its two DLC packs, Stellar Speedway and Winter Wonder, add trophies that are not needed for the platinum.

Ratchet and Clank, Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2

These three Insomniac games are the classic "relaxed" platinums. All three carry a PowerPyx rating of 2 out of 10, and all three can be completed on the easiest difficulty.

  • Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart takes about 10 hours with cutscenes watched. Its 47 trophies include 1 platinum, 3 Gold, 7 Silver and 36 Bronze. One playthrough is enough, and Challenge Mode is only needed to buy two weapons, the Bouncer and the Pixelizer. The one technically missable trophy, Extinction Event, only slips if you deliberately run past every Grunthor, and PowerPyx says it can be farmed on Sargasso.
  • Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales takes 10 to 20 hours across 50 trophies. Nothing is missable, but you need at least two playthroughs, because the first run caps your level at 20 and New Game+ is needed to reach level 30.
  • Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is the longest at 25 to 35 hours, with 42 trophies and one playthrough. Nothing is missable, but PowerPyx flags that the Gold trophy for full district completion can break if a collectible does not register on the map counter, so check the counter after each pickup and keep separate manual saves.

Rift Apart's Blizon Crystal trophy is a good example of patches helping. PowerPyx notes that after patch v1.001.002, "Shifty Character" needs only 29 of 30 crystals, which removed the risk of missing it. Keep your games updated before starting a platinum run, since fixes like this only apply on the current version.

Stray: Short, With One Timed Trophy

Stray rates 3.5 out of 10 and takes six to eight hours according to PowerPyx, with 25 trophies (1 platinum, 7 Gold, 9 Silver, 8 Bronze). There are no difficulty settings and no online trophies. The catch is "I am Speed," a Gold trophy for finishing the game in under two hours. It is the only missable on the list, and PowerPyx recommends two playthroughs on a first platinum: one to learn the game and collect everything through Chapter Select, then a fast run aiming for about 1 hour 30 minutes to leave a safety margin.

One quirky trophy, "Productive Day," asks you to sleep for over an hour. PowerPyx says you can do it in Chapter 4 without actively playing, so set it up before a meal break. Stray is also cross-buy eligible, but PowerPyx notes there is no save transfer or auto-pop between versions, so a second platinum on the other platform's list means playing it again. Our guide to PS5 auto-pop platinums explains which games do carry progress across and which, like Stray, do not.

Planning So an Easy List Stays Easy

Even the friendliest list can go wrong with poor planning. A few habits help:

  • Read the roadmap first. A two-minute look at missables and playthrough count saves hours later, especially for Stray's timed run and Miles Morales's New Game+.
  • Keep hidden trophies covered if you want the story fresh. None of these games has a story missable that needs revealing in advance. Our guide to hidden trophies on PS5 explains how to reveal only what you need.
  • Sync after each session. PlayStation's support page lists the PS5 path as Trophies, then Options, then Sync Trophies. If you play somewhere without internet, our explainer on trophies earned offline covers how they upload later.
  • Check which version you own. Rift Apart, Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2 all exist on PS5. Miles Morales also has a PS4 version with its own list, so make sure you launch the one you mean to complete.

As for what these platinums do for your profile: under the community-derived point values, a platinum is worth 300 points on its own, and each of these lists adds a full set of Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies on top. For a newer account below level 100, where each level costs 60 points, a single one of these games can lift you many levels in one go. Our guide to how the PS5 trophy level works shows the full table.

When Even Easy Takes Too Long

Thirty hours is still thirty hours, and not every collector wants to spend a month on Spider-Man 2's district completion. For players who would rather add finished lists to their account, the store's PS5 Trophy Platinum Services page adds platinums with all trophies unlocked for the PS5 games you select, and you choose Instant Time Stamps or Legit Time Stamps at checkout.

The page is clear that it covers PS5 games only, and only titles from the game list it links, which it says is updated daily. If you also want PS4 or PS3 games, or bigger level packages, the main PlayStation trophy section lists the other services. Our existing explainer on how the PS5 platinum service works goes through the order process in more detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the easiest platinum on PS5?

Astro's Playroom is the usual answer. PowerPyx rates it 2 out of 10 at three to four hours, with nothing missable, and it comes pre-installed on every PS5.

Is Astro Bot an easy platinum?

Yes. PowerPyx rates it 3 out of 10 with about 15 hours to platinum, no missables and no difficulty settings. The DLC trophies are not required.

Can you miss trophies in Spider-Man 2?

Nothing is missable, but collectibles that fail to register can block the district completion Gold, so keep checking the map counter and use separate saves.

How long does the Stray platinum take?

About six to eight hours, including a separate fast run for the under-two-hour trophy if you do not manage it on your first playthrough.

Do easy platinums count the same as hard ones?

For your trophy level, yes. Every platinum carries the same point value regardless of how hard the game is.

Are there easy PS5 platinums without online trophies?

All six games covered here have zero online trophies according to PowerPyx, so server shutdowns cannot affect them.
