The bundles Free Fire players call rare are mostly the oldest ones: the Sakura set from the first Elite Pass in 2018, The Streets (the Hip Hop bundle) from the second Elite Pass, the Galaxy Dino from the very first Incubator, the Green Criminal from an old Lucky Draw, and the Arctic Blue from an early Diamond Royale. Their rarity comes from how briefly they were sold and how few players were around to claim them, not from any official rarity rating. Some of them have come back in limited form since, so the honest answer to how rare a bundle is today depends on its return history, which this page lays out bundle by bundle.
We built this list from Sportskeeda's rarest bundle roundups and event coverage, GuruGamer's rarest bundle guide, ONE Esports' 2023 ranking, PocketGamer's Booyah Pass report and the Free Fire Fandom wiki, cross-checking each bundle in at least two of them in November 2026.
What Actually Makes a Free Fire Bundle Rare
Free Fire releases new outfits constantly, and most of them stay obtainable in some form, either in the store, in a later Luck Royale or in a returning event. As Sportskeeda put it in a January 2022 roundup, bundles usually arrive through the Elite Pass, a Luck Royale or a special event for a limited time, and many later move into the store. The ones that never return through a regular channel are the ones that become rare.

Three factors show up again and again in the sources:
- Age. A 2018 bundle was only ever claimed by the players who were active in 2018. GuruGamer points out that many of those early players have since left the game, so few active accounts still carry those outfits.
- A hard way to earn it. Bundles tied to luck-based draws with no fixed endpoint, like the old Lucky Draw, were claimed by far fewer people than bundles you could simply buy.
- No return, or only a partial one. A bundle that came back once in a short event is still uncommon, but less rare than one that never returned at all.
Rarity is not a stat in the game. Rankings differ between writers and change as Garena brings items back, so treat any rarest list, including this one, as a snapshot.
The Elite Pass Originals: Sakura and The Streets
The two bundles most often named as the rarest in the game both come from the earliest Elite Pass seasons. ONE Esports, in a March 2023 ranking, placed the Sakura Blossom first and explained that it was featured in the first Elite Pass, released in 2018. Sportskeeda lists the pieces of the Sakura bundle as the Oni Mask, the Way of the Bushido top, the Bushido Bottom and Bushido Footwear, and describes it as a Season 1 bundle that most older users claimed.
The Streets bundle, which players usually call the Hip Hop bundle, came from the second Elite Pass, known as the Hip Hop Elite Pass. GuruGamer's 2021 guide notes it was only available in that pass, and Sportskeeda wrote in January 2022 that it had not properly returned since. Rankings disagree on which of the two is rarer: some put Sakura on top, others pick Hip Hop.
The Elite Pass itself no longer exists. PocketGamer reported that the Booyah Pass replaced it from 1 January 2023, starting with a season called Fumes on Fire, and Sportskeeda reported that Garena said old Elite Pass items would only be available as Ultra Rare Drops in the Booyah Pass after 2022. That is why these early outfits can still surface occasionally, but never as a simple store purchase.
Incubator and Event Bundles: Galaxy Dino and the Criminal Sets
Before the Elite Pass items became collectors' pieces, the Incubator and early luck events produced some of the hardest outfits to earn. GuruGamer explains that the Galaxy Dino bundle belonged to the Dino Rangers Incubator, the first Incubator in the game, which offered 6 one-piece dinosaur suits in different colors. The Galaxy Dino was the most expensive of them, needing 7 Blueprints and 3 Evolution Stones, all of which came randomly from diamond draws.

The Criminal sets are the other famous family. GuruGamer and ONE Esports both describe the Green Criminal as coming from a Lucky Draw event, where you used Lucky Stars to flip 1 of 3 cards. There was no promised payout, other prizes were weak, and you could pay 15 diamonds to peek at the cards without spending Lucky Stars. That is why so few players finished it. The Free Fire Fandom wiki lists the Red Criminal as coming from the second Incubator and calls it one of the rarest bundles in the game.
The Criminal name has not disappeared from the game, which causes confusion. PCQuest reported in July 2025 that Prime members got early access to a Golden Top Criminal event and its bundle. A newer Criminal variant is not the same item as the original Green or Red Criminal, so check the exact outfit name before assuming an account owns one of the old sets.
Other Limited Sets Players Still Look For
Below the most famous names sits a second tier of bundles that were sold briefly and became uncommon afterward. They are easier to find than Sakura or Galaxy Dino but still stand out in a lobby.
- Arctic Blue. Introduced through the Diamond Royale, with a flame effect running through the outfit. GuruGamer and ONE Esports both note it later appeared in the Magic Cube store a few times.
- Cobra Rage. Arrived in February 2021, according to Sportskeeda, with four color variants and special emotes. The Fandom wiki says the red version unlocked on purchase while yellow, blue and purple unlocked by reaching gold, platinum and diamond rank. It became rare after removal, which led to a return.
- Papercut bundles. Four cardboard-animal designs (Zebra, Tiger, Gators and Grizzly) from the Safari Riot Incubator in May 2021, per Sportskeeda.
- Cyber Bunny. Brought by the Treasure Vault event in April 2021 and unavailable afterward, according to the same Sportskeeda roundup.
- Bunny Warrior. First appeared in a Draw a Bunny event. Sportskeeda notes it returned through a special event but stayed rare.
Weapon skins have their own rarity story, especially upgradable ones. If an account's gun collection matters more to you than outfits, the guide to Free Fire Evo guns and their levels explains which skins can be upgraded and what that costs.

Bundles That Came Back, and Name Mix-Ups
Returns are the main reason rarity rankings shift. The clearest example is the Hall of Elites, which Sportskeeda covered on the Free Fire MAX Indian server. It ran from 21 to 31 December 2022, cost 40 diamonds for a single spin or 400 for a 10+1 pack, and included a Way of the Bushido Bundle, a Wafuku Bundle, a Breakdancer Bundle, a Pink Love Bundle and many other early Elite Pass items. Players could also collect Elite Pass Fragments and exchange them for a chosen item. Since Way of the Bushido is the name of the Sakura set's top, this event is the reason some newer accounts in that region own a version of the Sakura look.
Names also cause mix-ups. In January 2025, the Free Fire x Naruto collaboration on the Indian server added a Sakura Bundle based on the anime character, sold through a Naruto Mystery Shop with an original price of 899 diamonds before discounts, according to GuruGamer. It shares a word with the 2018 Elite Pass set but is a completely different outfit. When an account listing or a friend says Sakura, ask which one.
How to Judge a Rare Bundle Claim
Because rarity is informal, a little skepticism goes a long way, whether you are trading stories with friends or reading an account description.
- Get the exact item name. Sakura, Way of the Bushido and the Naruto Sakura Bundle are three different labels with different histories.
- Ask where it came from. An Elite Pass Season 1 original, a Hall of Elites spin and a recent store bundle all look similar in a screenshot.
- Check the server. Events like the Hall of Elites and the Naruto Mystery Shop were reported on specific servers, so availability was not the same everywhere.
- Remember that items cannot be moved. Garena's Terms of Service describe virtual items as a non-transferable license with no value outside the game and forbid trying to transfer them to anyone, so a bundle only exists on the account that earned it.
Account age is often a clue as well. A character created after 2018 cannot hold an original Season 1 item, whatever the outfit looks like. Related features such as Prime levels and the account's server, explained in the Free Fire region change guide, are also worth checking because they tell you more about an account's history than any single outfit.
Looking at Collections That Already Exist
None of the original sets above can be bought from Garena today, which is why collectors pay so much attention to account histories. The store's Free Fire account page gathers listings from marketplace sellers that state the server, level, Prime level, gun skin count, Evo guns and bundle count of each account. It is worth knowing the publisher's rule before browsing: clause 6.2 of Garena's Terms of Service says an account may not be transferred to anyone and that an attempted transfer is void and can lead to the account being suspended or terminated.
If you would rather keep building your own collection, the most realistic path to older outfits is watching for Ultra Rare Drops and return events, and protecting the account that earns them with a binding, as covered in the Free Fire binding guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the rarest bundle in Free Fire?
There is no official answer. Most rankings name the Sakura bundle from the first Elite Pass in 2018, while others pick The Streets (Hip Hop) bundle from the second Elite Pass. The Galaxy Dino and Green Criminal are usually close behind.
Will the Hip Hop bundle come back to Free Fire?
Garena has not announced a direct return. Sportskeeda reported that after 2022, old Elite Pass items would only be available as Ultra Rare Drops in the Booyah Pass, so any return is likely to be limited.
Did the Sakura bundle ever return?
A Way of the Bushido Bundle, named after the Sakura set's top, was in the Hall of Elites Luck Royale on the Free Fire MAX Indian server from 21 to 31 December 2022. The 2025 Naruto collab Sakura Bundle is a different outfit.
How did players get the Green Criminal bundle?
It came from an old Lucky Draw event where you spent Lucky Stars to flip 1 of 3 cards. There was no fixed payout, which is why few players ever got it.
When did the Elite Pass end in Free Fire?
The Booyah Pass replaced the Elite Pass from 1 January 2023, beginning with the Fumes on Fire season.
Can I transfer a bundle to another Free Fire account?
No. Garena's Terms of Service treat virtual items as a non-transferable license for personal use, and forbid attempts to transfer them to a third party, so an outfit stays on the account that owns it.
