Blood of Dawnwalker Achievements and Trophy Roadmap

The Blood of Dawnwalker has 47 trophies on PS5 (1 platinum, 3 gold, 5 silver and 38 bronze), while the Steam version lists 46 achievements, since PC has no platinum. PowerPyx rates the platinum 5 out of 10 for difficulty and estimates 40 to 60 hours, with 18 missable trophies and a single playthrough as the minimum if you keep manual saves. This roadmap covers the order to play in, every missable to protect and the rarest achievements according to live Steam stats.

We built this from the PowerPyx trophy roadmap and endings guide, the Steam store page and Steam's public global achievement percentages, all checked on November 6, 2026.

Trophy and Achievement Overview

All 47 trophies are offline, and none are glitched as of the PowerPyx write-up. The game is PS5 only on the PlayStation side, so there is no separate PS4 list to stack. The platinum is called Every Last Drop. The gold trophies are Uphill Battle (beat the game on Duelist), In the Nick of Time (rescue your family within 30 in-game days) and The Blood of Dawnwalker (finish the story).

Two design choices shape the whole hunt. First, there is no free roam after the story: every ending returns you to the title screen, so you collect the four ending trophies by reloading a save before the final quest. Second, there is no New Game Plus, so one playthrough has to cover everything. The game supports 54 manual saves alongside 5 rotating quicksaves and 6 rotating autosaves, and using those manual slots well is the difference between a single run and two.

The hardest trophy is Uphill Battle. It requires a full main ending on the Duelist preset without changing difficulty at any point, which is why the roadmap below starts on Duelist. If you are unsure what Duelist removes, our difficulty settings guide explains each preset and the sliders that would void the run.

The Rarest Achievements on Steam

Steam publishes the share of its players who have unlocked each achievement. These figures were live on November 6, 2026, about two months after launch, and they show where most players fall off. We have listed only achievements whose internal Steam names match the trophy names exactly, so there is no guesswork about which is which.

Selected Blood of Dawnwalker achievements by Steam unlock rate (November 6, 2026)
AchievementSteam players with it
A Dawnwalker is Born83.9%
Sins of the Past52.1%
The Blood of Dawnwalker40.6%
In the Nick of Time38.9%
Arbiter's Regalia26.8%
Master of Arms26.0%
The Folk Hero18.2%
Capture the Flag11.2%
The Knyazmaker10.0%
The Turncoat9.6%
Arch Warlock6.1%
Selfish4.1%

The pattern is clear: fewer than half of Steam players have finished the story, and the alternative endings and the deep skill tree trophies drop off sharply after that. Selfish, which only asks you to sell a fish to the fishmonger, is one of the rarest at 4.1 percent, so handle it as soon as you have a fish to sell.

Step-by-Step Roadmap to the Platinum

PowerPyx's roadmap is built around getting Uphill Battle on the first run so you never need a second one. Here is the order, condensed.

  1. Start on Duelist and finish the Prologue. In Withering Away, make Esme's medicine correctly (hot water and three spoonfuls of herbs) before time runs out. This matters for The Turncoat later.
  2. Level up in the open world. Buy Shapeshift and Mercurial Fervour, then climb the 11 towers at night to reveal points of interest and clear them, starting in the northern half. Aim for around level 20 while staying under 15 in-game days, and ignore side quests for now.
  3. Push the story and bosses. Complete about 75 percent of the Court Activities to max out the boyars' anger, then fight Ambrus, Bakir and Xanthe. The story takes roughly 7 to 10 days, so aim to reach the end by day 22.
  4. Save before A Deal with the Devil and take The Turncoat. Accepting Brencis's deal skips the final boss fight and completes your Duelist run, along with In the Nick of Time.
  5. Reload, drop to Story and collect the other endings. Finish Lacra's and Crake's questlines for The Patricide and The Knyazmaker, then take The Folk Hero. Our endings guide lists every requirement and dialogue choice.
  6. Clean up and reach level 50. Finish side content for Glass Ceiling and bank skill points for the Ultimate Perk trophies. Each Ultimate costs 39 points (35 in the tree plus 4 for the perk) and needs the relevant Manuals.

Missable Trophies You Need to Protect

PowerPyx counts 18 missables, though most simply mean "do this before the ending." These are the ones that need real attention:

  • Sins of the Past, Misery Loves Company and The Manumit: the three companion quest trophies for Anca, Lacra and Crake. Each is tied to the quest where that character's romance happens; our romance walkthrough lists the quest chains and dialogue.
  • The Outcast: a PowerPyx reader warns that during Song of the Mountain, at "Meet Lacra near Crown Rock at night," you should not leave Lacra waiting too long, or she kills everyone in the village and the quest giver is gone.
  • The Unquenchable Thirst: find Vicho in Svartrau, start A Study in Crimson, wait a couple of in-game days, then complete The Good Samaritan, which appears during the day in Svartrau.
  • The Tsarina's Favourite Human: complete the five Sanzhani quests (Good Home, Come Hither, Burrow Sorrows, Pearly and Precious, and Tiny Dancer), then return to the Sanzhani leader at Yawning Burrow in the Svartrau Outskirts.
  • Smuggler: earn 1,000 denarii selling silver. The only silver trader is in Svartrau City and needs Infamy level 4 or higher to deal with you. Sell before reaching Infamy 9, when the city gates close and guards attack on sight.
  • Master of Arms, Arch Warlock, Creature of the Night and Mastery: all depend on how you spend skill points, so plan your build before you scatter points everywhere.

Infamy is the one system where the order of trophies really matters. Throne of Thorns asks you to reach maximum Infamy, which is level 9, but Smuggler needs the silver trader in Svartrau City, and at Infamy 9 the city gates shut and guards attack on sight. The clean sequence is to raise Infamy to at least level 4 through Court Activities, earn your 1,000 denarii from silver, and only then push Infamy to the top. Keep the trader alive too: PowerPyx warns specifically against killing him.

The skill trophies deserve the same planning. Mastery asks you to fully upgrade one colored ability (not a perk) in Swordmastery, Witchcraft or Vampirism, while Master of Arms, Arch Warlock and Creature of the Night each need an Ultimate Perk in their tree. Glass Ceiling, for reaching level 50, comes naturally during the clean-up phase. With 26.0 percent of Steam players holding Master of Arms but only 6.1 percent holding Arch Warlock, the Witchcraft Ultimate is far less common on Steam than the sword one, so budget points for it early if you are not a caster.

Tricky Miscellaneous Trophies

A handful of bronze trophies have specific conditions that are easy to misunderstand.

  • Feral Hunger: lose control and drain someone outside combat. Talk to a character at night in vampire form with one or fewer health segments. PowerPyx suggests reloading an early save and using the innkeeper at The Pewter Tankard, northeast of Svartrau City, or a tavern in Parlita, so nobody important is harmed.
  • Untouchable: five perfect blocks in a row. Below Duelist, the shield icon turns orange at the right moment, and Story gives a larger window.
  • Shadow Roamer: travel 1,000 meters using Shadowstep, Planeshift and Shapeshift. Sprinting in wolf form is the fastest way.
  • Absolutely Insatiable: equip three passive abilities. Mercurial Fervour and Shapeshift both count, so you only need one more.
  • Realmwalker: visit Anachora by drinking the blood of Ambrus, Bakir or Xanthe after defeating them, or through Lacra's questline. You also go there during the Brencis fight.
  • Dead Man Talkin': use Compel Soul on a dead person. The story requires it early, in Smoke and Ashes, so it comes naturally.
  • Miser: hold 5,000 denarii at once. Sell junk and avoid spending until it pops.

Collectible and Exploration Trophies

The open-world checklist is short. PowerPyx's roadmap tracks it as 11 towers for Bird's-Eye View, 5 of Brencis's banners for Capture the Flag, 8 villages for Tour Guide Training and 10 Vrakhiri transports, of which you need to destroy 8 for Delivery Delay. Big-City Living just needs a visit to Svartrau City, and Antique Aficionado asks you to discover Ancient Ruins.

Climbing the towers early is the efficient move, since each one reveals points of interest nearby. Capture the Flag is one of the least-earned exploration achievements, at 11.2 percent on Steam. Gear of the Gods, which needs a full set of legendary items worn at once, is easiest after you forge the Arbiter set; our best armor guide shows how to build it and which legendary pieces are missable.

Want the Platinum Done for You?

A 40 to 60 hour platinum with a Duelist run and 18 missables is a real commitment. If you would rather have it handled, the store offers a Blood of Dawnwalker Platinum Trophy service for PS5, covering every bronze, silver and gold trophy and the platinum, unlocked directly on your account. You can choose instant timestamps or realistic spaced-out timestamps with gaps between unlocks. It is for PS5 only, which matches the game, since there is no PS4 version.

The store's modded save and other services for the game are on the Blood of Dawnwalker hub.
