Raid Shadow Legends Promo Codes: How to Redeem in 2026

Promo codes for Raid Shadow Legends are now redeemed on Plarium's web redemption page or inside Plarium Play on PC and Mac, not in the mobile app: Plarium's support FAQ says the in-game Promo Code option was disabled on iOS from version 7.10 and on Android from version 11.75. We are not printing a list of codes, because none of the codes we found could be confirmed as active right now by two independent sources, and the public lists we checked contradict each other. What follows is how redemption works today, the rules every code follows, and where real codes come from.

We checked this against Plarium's RAID support Promo Codes FAQ, its official redemption page, its list of official channels, and the code lists maintained by Pocket Gamer (updated November 1, 2026), Ayumilove (updated October 31, 2026) and Gfinity (August 2026), in November 2026.

Where to Redeem a Code in November 2026

If you have been hunting through the mobile menus for a Promo Codes button, it is not you. Plarium's FAQ states the option is gone from the iOS app since version 7.10 and from the Android app since version 11.75, and Gfinity reports that the old iOS menu slot now shows the Plarium Points Program instead. Plarium's suggested workarounds are to log in on Plarium Play or to use the website. The web page only needs your numeric User ID, while Plarium Play works once your mobile profile is linked to the same Plarium ID.

On the web, Plarium's steps are short:

  1. Open the game and copy your User ID from Settings, then Info. It is a string of numbers, not your email.
  2. Go to the Redeem Promo Codes page on Plarium's website.
  3. Enter the User ID, type the code exactly, and confirm.
  4. Collect the rewards from your Inbox the next time you open the game. Skins and Skin Fragments skip the Inbox and are added to the account directly.

In Plarium Play on PC or Mac, Plarium's redemption page describes the in-game route: open the tab on the left side of the Bastion screen, choose Promo Codes, enter the code and confirm, then claim the rewards from the Bastion Inbox. That page still mentions Android for in-game entry, but the support FAQ is the newer and more specific source, so expect the web page or Plarium Play to be your only options on mobile accounts.

The Rules Every Code Follows

Plarium's FAQ spells out the rules every code follows, and a failed redemption almost always traces back to one of them:

  • One use per account. Each code can be redeemed once on a given account.
  • Exact spelling. Codes are case-sensitive, so a code typed in the wrong case fails.
  • Five tries an hour. You can make up to five activation attempts per hour, which is why pasting a long list of dead codes can lock you out of a fresh one.
  • One code a day. After a successful redemption you wait 24 hours before activating another.
  • New-player codes are narrow. They must be redeemed within 72 hours of creating a new account, only one can be used per account, and the device must be unique.

Third-party sites disagree on the lockout. Gfinity also cites five attempts per hour, while Pocket Gamer says three different invalid codes block redemptions for an hour. Plarium's own figure is five, but the sensible habit is the same either way: check a code before you burn an attempt on it. If you are starting a new account specifically to use a new-player code, our beginner guide covers what to do in those first 72 hours and beyond.

Why We Are Not Listing Codes

Code lists are popular because they promise something for nothing, but the ones we checked in late October and early November 2026 do not agree with each other or, in places, with themselves. Pocket Gamer's page, updated November 1, 2026, still lists among its active codes a general code that the same page says expired on September 12, and several codes appear in both its active and expired sections. Ayumilove's author reported testing that same code on October 7, 2026 and finding it invalid, and the Ayumilove page does not mark any code as confirmed working for this period.

Reader comments on those pages mention newer codes, but comments are unverified. With Plarium allowing five attempts an hour and one success a day, a stale list costs you real time, and a code you mistype or that has expired gets you nothing. Our rule for this post is to name a code only when two independent sources confirm it is active, and as of November 2, 2026 no code met that bar. When one does, it will usually come from the channels in the next section first.

If you still want to try a code you found on a list, trace it back to the official post it came from and check the date before you type it. Stop after a couple of failures, too, so you keep attempts in reserve for a code you know is live.

Where Official Codes Actually Appear

Plarium's FAQ names the sources directly. Codes are published on the official RAID website, on official social media, in Discord announcements, during livestreams, and through collaboration campaigns, and they tend to arrive with game updates, seasonal events, community milestones, esports activities and promotional partnerships. The support site's list of official channels covers the Plarium website, the game forum, Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord and YouTube.

  • Time-limited codes work for everyone during a set window. Ayumilove notes they are often tied to partnerships with other companies or content creators.
  • New-player codes only work on fresh accounts within the 72-hour window, which makes them most useful at the moment you install.
  • Update and event codes follow the patch calendar, so the days around a major update are the likeliest time to see a fresh one.

Following the official Discord or X account is the most direct way to see a code the day it goes live, and the official source is also the only one that can tell you when it expires.

What Codes Usually Give

Plarium's redemption page lists the reward types: Silver, Energy, Skill Tomes, XP Brews, Rank-Up Chickens, Artifacts and Champions. The FAQ adds Skins and Skin Fragments. On the lists we reviewed, new-player codes tend to pair a champion with Silver, Energy and XP Brews, while general codes lean toward Silver, Multi-Battle attempts, Chickens and Brews.

Those rewards are most valuable when they go where they do the most work:

  • XP Brews and Chickens should go into the champion you are building right now, usually your Campaign farmer. Our guide to leveling champions fast explains how Brews, Chickens and farming fit together.
  • Energy is best spent on Campaign farming during an XP boost.
  • Skill Tomes belong on champions you know you will keep, since Plarium's own Tavern guide warns they are hard to come by.
  • Champions from codes are worth a quick look on a current tier list before you feed them, since a free champion can still fill a role your team lacks.

Free Rewards That Outlast Any Code

Codes are a small slice of the free resources Plarium hands out, and several official programs pay more over time.

  • Referral rewards: friends who install through your personal referral link get a starter reward set once they finish the tutorial, and you earn Referral Rewards as they level. Plarium's support page says that when your first three referred players reach Level 50 you receive a Sacred Shard, and a second group of three can earn you Fragments of the Legendary Crohnam. Referred players need a device that has never had Raid installed.
  • Recall Quests: players at Level 30 or above who have not logged in for 21 days or more get Recall Quests from the Arbiter, plus access to six one-time boosts, among them a one-day XP boost, a day of open Potion Keeps and 600 Energy.
  • The Apprentice Pass: new players get a free Starter track that pays out for four daily challenges and for one-time Apprentice Challenges built around strengthening the starter champion.

If Sacred Shards are what you are really after, our Sacred Shards guide covers every other free way we could confirm to earn them.

Spotting Fake Code Offers

Because codes are entered with nothing more than your numeric User ID, any site or message that asks for your password, email login or a payment to unlock a code is not how Plarium's system works. Plarium's support pages state that its staff will never ask for your account password, and its account-security article warns against third-party apps that offer in-game advantages. Pocket Gamer's code page gives the same advice about avoiding suspicious third-party sites. Redeem only through the official page or Plarium Play, and if a code seems too generous to be real, check the official channels before you type it anywhere. For the rest of the account-security basics, including two-factor authentication, see our Raid account guide.

When Codes Are Not Enough

A good code saves a few days of farming; it does not build a roster. If you would rather start from an account that already has one, the store's Raid Shadow Legends listings page collects Raid accounts; their titles call out the headline champions, and most descriptions add banked resources like gems and Energy. Read the platform notes on each listing to make sure the login works on your device. Plarium's terms forbid trading accounts, which our account guide covers in detail, so weigh that before you buy from anyone.
