A Raid Shadow Legends account is your game profile, and the step that protects it is linking it to a Plarium ID, which lets the same progress run on Android and iOS, on PC and Mac through Plarium Play, and on Steam. Below are Plarium's own steps for creating, linking, moving, securing, recovering, restarting and deleting an account, plus what Plarium's rules say about buying and selling one.
We checked this against Plarium's RAID support articles on Plarium ID, saving and transferring progress, Steam linking, two-factor authentication, lost access, starting a new game and deleting an account, as well as Plarium's Terms of Use and the Steam store listing, in November 2026.
Plarium ID: The Login Behind Your Profile
Plarium's support site calls a Plarium ID a universal account that connects you to every Plarium game and makes cross-platform play possible, so you can switch between PC and mobile without losing progress. Until you link one, there is no login you can use to bring that progress to another device. Plarium lists four ways to save a game on mobile: a Plarium ID, an Apple ID on iOS, a Google account on Android, or Facebook. To link on mobile, tap your avatar, open the Plarium ID tab and pick a connection option; on PC or Mac, open the Account tab from your avatar's settings.

Creating a Plarium ID takes a minute. Plarium's steps on mobile are:
- Tap your avatar in the top-left corner and open the Profile tab.
- Tap Plarium ID, then Create a Plarium ID.
- Enter a username, a secure password and your email, then tap Back to the game.
- Return to Profile, open Plarium ID again and tap Confirm your email, then click the confirmation link Plarium sends you.
Two identifiers are easy to confuse. Your Player ID is the numeric game ID under your avatar's Info tab, and it is what support and the web promo code page ask for. Your Plarium ID is the login that stores your email, nickname and progress, and Plarium Play shows it under your nickname on the profile panel. If you plan to redeem codes on the web, our promo codes guide explains where the Player ID goes.
Your Plarium ID matters outside the game as well. Plarium's support pages describe it as the login for the RAID Web Store, the official online shop, and advise checking the nickname and Player ID shown at checkout so a purchase lands on the right account. They also cover a Microsoft Store version of the game, where Raid Card subscriptions cannot be bought; a Raid Card bought on Android or iOS still activates its bonuses on PC if you play on both, which is one more reason to keep every platform on the same Plarium ID.
Moving Your Progress to PC, Mac or Steam
Raid runs on Android 7.1 or newer and iOS or iPadOS 15 or newer, on Windows 10 (version 21H1) or later and macOS Monterey 12 or later through Plarium Play, and on Steam, where the Windows release arrived on January 9, 2024. All of them can share one account, but only if you link before you launch.
- Plarium Play: log in with the same Plarium ID your mobile game uses, then install Raid from the launcher. Plarium warns that launching Raid on PC without connecting your mobile account first makes Plarium Play create a new profile, and that you will not be able to connect the mobile profile afterward. It also says not to pick the Facebook option in Plarium Play even if your phone uses Facebook, because that starts a new game.
- Steam: sign in to Plarium Play with your Plarium ID, open Settings, choose Steam under Linked Accounts and enter your Steam login, and only then download Raid on Steam. Plarium's article is explicit that downloading Raid on Steam before linking starts a new account.
- Steam to mobile: log in to Plarium Play with Steam, agree to link the two, then use Add email and password in Settings. That creates a Plarium ID you can use on your phone.
- Another phone or tablet: install Raid, tap Log In on the main screen, choose Log in with Plarium ID and enter your email, password and 2FA code. Apple ID login works only on iOS devices.
Locking It Down With Two-Factor Authentication
Plarium calls two-factor authentication the single most effective step for securing a Raid account. You switch it on once in Plarium Play and it then applies on Android, iOS, PC and Mac. Your email must be confirmed first, and if you use more than one Plarium Play account, each needs its own setup.

- Open Plarium Play, go to your Profile and open the Settings tab.
- Select Account and Security and turn on the Enable two-factor authentication slider, then enter your password.
- Choose Google Authenticator (scan the QR code and enter the 6-digit code) or email (enter the code Plarium sends).
- Save the backup codes shown at the end, click Complete, then log out and back in.
Plarium recommends printing the backup codes rather than saving a screenshot, since each works once and losing both the codes and your second factor means a support ticket. Its account-protection article adds the basics: a password of at least 8 symbols mixing upper and lower case, numbers and special characters; 2FA on the email account too; never sharing login details, because Plarium staff will never ask for your password; and avoiding third-party apps that promise in-game advantages. You get an in-game message if your account is accessed while you are playing, and an email if someone tries to change your Plarium ID password.
If You Lose Access
Start by ruling out a wrong login. On mobile, Plarium's steps are to reinstall, finish the tutorial on the temporary guest account, open Profile, go to the Plarium ID tab, log out, and choose the connection method your main account used. If you land on a fresh Level 1 account, you picked the wrong email or social profile, so try another. On PC or Mac, log out of Plarium Play or use Add Account, then sign in with the Plarium ID, Google or Apple login tied to the old profile.
Accounts never linked to any login can still be recovered manually by support. In the game the route is Settings, then Info, then Support, then Problem Accessing Game Account; there is also an account access form on the support site. Plarium asks for:
- the nickname or numeric ID of the lost account and the model of the device you played on;
- the approximate date and time of your last login;
- details only the owner would know, such as your Clan name or Arena champions;
- a screenshot of an App Store or Google Play purchase confirmation from that account, dated before you contact support.
Plarium also notes that accounts inactive for more than three years may be deleted under its privacy policy, and its Terms of Use describe the same three-year rule for inactive accounts.
Starting Over, Adding a Second Profile, or Deleting One
Plarium says progress on an existing account cannot be reset. To start fresh on mobile you log out from the Plarium ID tab, tick the box confirming you understand this account will be lost, and continue with a new game, then save the new one to a Facebook account or Plarium ID you have not used before. On PC, Plarium Play's Add Account option lets you create a new profile while keeping the current one. New accounts have a short window for new-player promo codes, and our beginner guide covers what to do in the first weeks.
Deletion is permanent. The Delete Account button in account settings opens a ticket, support verifies that you own the account, and then your progress, purchase history and unspent virtual items are deleted or anonymized across every Plarium game tied to that Plarium ID. Players without the button can email Plarium's privacy team with the request instead.
Buying or Selling an Account: What Plarium's Rules Say
Plarium's position here is clear. Its Terms of Use say you may not share your account or password, may not sell, buy or trade accounts except in a manner the games themselves allow, and that virtual currency and items have no real-money value and remain Plarium's. The terms also let Plarium suspend or terminate accounts that break those rules, with virtual items forfeited.
The support site is just as direct. Its account-protection article tells players not to engage in account trading or purchasing, and its lost-access article says buying, selling or trading accounts violates the rules and that restore requests for accounts obtained through third-party services may be rejected. Recovery also leans on evidence such as old purchase receipts and device details, which the original owner of an account has and a later buyer often does not. If you are weighing a pre-built account, know those terms going in. If you would rather build your own, our guide to leveling champions quickly covers the fastest way to do it in the game.
Looking at Pre-Built Accounts Anyway?
The store's Raid Shadow Legends page lists Raid accounts, most of them starter accounts. Each listing names the account's headline champions and stocked resources such as Energy, gems, silver or shards, and platform notes vary by listing, so check that the login fits your device before checkout. If you are unsure which one suits your goal, the store's support team can point you to a listing. Read Plarium's rules above before you decide, because they apply to any account bought from anyone.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my Raid Player ID?
Start the game, tap your avatar in the top-left corner, switch to the Info tab and read the Player ID field. It is a string of numbers and is different from your Plarium ID login.
Can I play the same Raid account on PC and mobile?
Yes, if the account is linked to a Plarium ID and you log in with that same ID in Plarium Play. Link before you launch on PC, or Plarium Play creates a separate new profile.
How do I move my Raid account to Steam?
Link Steam to your Plarium ID in Plarium Play under Settings and Linked Accounts, then download Raid on Steam. Downloading it on Steam first starts a new account.
Can I reset my Raid account and start over?
Not on the same account. Plarium says progress cannot be reset, but you can log out and start a new game, or add a new profile in Plarium Play while keeping the old one.
How do I recover a Raid account that was never linked?
Contact support through Settings, Info, Support, Problem Accessing Game Account, with the account nickname or ID, your device model, your last login time and a dated purchase receipt if you have one.
Will Plarium restore an account I bought from someone else?
Plarium's support article says restore requests for accounts obtained through third-party services may be rejected, because buying, selling or trading accounts breaks its rules.
