Pokémon TCG Pocket Emblems: How to Get Every Type in 2026

Pokemon TCG Pocket YouTube thumbnail: How to get 7 SECRET Emblems in Pokemon TCG Pocket!

Emblems in Pokémon TCG Pocket are profile badges you earn by winning battles in Emblem Events, finishing ranked seasons, collecting cards from an expansion and completing certain missions, and you can display up to three of them at once. Right now, in November 2026, the quickest new ones come from the Dual Fusion Emblem Event, which awards four emblems for one, three, five and nine wins.

We checked this against Serebii's emblem, emblem event and ranked match pages, Game8's emblem list, Dual Fusion Emblem Event and ranked guides, Game8's report on the retired emblem ticket system, and the official Dual Fusion announcement on Pokemon.com in November 2026.

What Emblems Are and Where They Show Up

Emblems are purely cosmetic, but they are the main way to show what you have done in the game. Serebii describes three emblem slots on your profile, and those emblems appear whenever someone views your profile and next to your name and icon when you battle other players. Game8 adds that they are also visible on friends lists.

Because you choose which three to show, the emblems you pick say something about you. A gold emblem from a hard event shows you can win consistently, a high ranked emblem shows where you finished a season, and a set collection emblem shows you have put in the time with a particular expansion. Game8 places them under Emblems in your profile, which is where you choose the three on display.

There are four main routes to new emblems: Emblem Events, ranked seasons, collecting cards from a set, and missions, including themed collections and secret missions. Each works differently, so the sections below take them one at a time.

Emblem Events: Win Targets and Rewards

Emblem Events are limited-time multiplayer events. You enter through Event Match in the battle menu, and your wins add up over the event. You do not need a streak; you just need to reach each win total before the event closes.

The current one is the Dual Fusion Emblem Event. The official announcement lists it from November 5 to 15, 2026, and Game8 gives the end as 0:59 a.m. EST on November 16, which is the evening of November 15 in Pacific time. Game8's breakdown of its rewards:

  • Participation Emblem: 1 win.
  • Bronze Emblem: 3 wins.
  • Silver Emblem: 5 wins.
  • Gold Emblem: 9 wins.

The Battle Rally missions running alongside it add Shinedust for wins (1,000 for one, 1,500 for three and 2,500 for five) and 12 Pack Hourglasses each for taking part in 3, 5, 10 and 15 battles. Even if you stop short of gold, those participation rewards are worth collecting, and our guide to free hourglasses shows how they stack with other sources.

Serebii's event history shows how regular these events have become: one for nearly every expansion since late 2025, including Mega Rising in November 2025, Crimson Blaze in December, and Fantastical Parade, Paldean Wonders, Mega Shine, Pulsing Aura, Paradox Drive, Everyday Wonders, Ruler of the Skies, Team Rocket's Ambition and Deluxe Pack Mega through 2026. If you miss one, another usually follows the next expansion.

Collection Emblems Since the Ticket System Ended

For most of the game's first year and a half, you bought set emblems in the Shop with Emblem Tickets earned from dex missions and themed collections. Game8 reports that this ended with the B3 update in spring 2026: dex missions were removed, Emblem Tickets became unobtainable and unusable, and emblems became rewards for collecting cards from their expansion instead.

Under the current system, Game8 says the target depends on set size: about 50 different cards for smaller sets, 100 for medium sets and usually 150 for large three-pack sets. Serebii's list shows how this looks for Dual Fusion:

  • Mega Mewtwo X Emblem: collect 100 diamond-rarity cards from the set.
  • Pikachu ver. 6 Emblem: collect every diamond card in the set, which is 131 cards.
  • Mega Greninja, Ribombee and Scorbunny Emblems: complete their themed collections.

That makes collection emblems a long-term goal rather than a weekend job. Opening the booster with the most cards you do not own speeds things up, and Wonder Pick, Pack Points and trading with friends can fill the last gaps. For the full card list and what each Dual Fusion booster holds, see our Dual Fusion set guide.

It helps to know what the Dual Fusion targets involve. By Serebii's count, the set's 131 numbered cards break down into 57 one-diamond, 42 two-diamond, 20 three-diamond and 12 four-diamond cards. The Mega Mewtwo X Emblem at 100 cards can be reached mostly with the commons and uncommons that fill the first slots of every pack, plus a handful of three-diamond cards. The Pikachu ver. 6 Emblem is a different story, because it needs all twelve four-diamond ex cards as well, and those only appear in the rarer slots.

That is where Pack Points earn their keep. Serebii lists a four-diamond card at 500 points and a three-diamond card at 150, and every pack opened adds five, so save points for the last few ex cards rather than spending them on commons that will show up anyway. Remember that each booster has its own pool: Serebii splits the twelve ex cards six and six between the Pikachu and Mega Mewtwo X boosters, so a full diamond set means opening both.

The same rules apply to older expansions. Game8 notes that players who had already reached a set's threshold before the change were expected to receive those emblems after the B3 update, so check older sets too. You may already qualify for an emblem from an expansion you finished months ago, or be a few cards short of one.

Ranked Match Emblems

Ranked Match, added in March 2025 according to Serebii, rewards an emblem at the end of each season based on your final rank. There are five ranks: Beginner, Poké Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball and Master Ball. Serebii's table lists 10 points for a win at every rank, with losses costing nothing at Beginner, 5 points at Poké Ball and Great Ball, 7 at Ultra Ball and 10 at Master Ball, and win streak bonuses in the lower ranks.

Game8's guide to the October season, B4b SP, shows a separate emblem for every tier from Beginner up through Master Ball, with special Master Ball emblems for the top 10,000, top 5,000 and top 1,000 players, plus Pack Hourglasses that scale with rank. It also notes that rules can change between seasons; that particular season did not drop players down a rank.

The next season, C1, runs from November 30 to December 14, 2026 according to the official announcement. A ranked emblem is the one emblem that tells other players exactly how high you climbed, so it is worth planning a deck for. Our meta decks guide covers the strongest Dual Fusion lists.

Secret, Special and Themed Mission Emblems

The last group comes from missions. Game8's emblem list includes emblems from secret missions, with Iron Valiant and Gholdengo as examples, and from themed collection missions, such as the Team Rocket's Boss and Researcher emblems from Team Rocket's Ambition. Some are tied to special events: Game8 notes the Special Event 2026 Emblem came from completing the first day's login mission in that year's special missions drop event.

Secret missions do not show their requirements in advance, so these emblems tend to arrive as a surprise while you play normally. Themed collections are visible, though, and they are the easiest way to add a set emblem without completing a whole expansion. Check the themed collection list whenever a new set launches.

Mission emblems also tend to be the rarest ones to spot on other profiles, because many of them were only available for a short window. If an event announcement mentions an emblem as a mission reward, it is usually worth finishing that mission while it is live, since there is no shop or ticket route to pick it up later now that the old ticket system has gone.

Tips for the Dual Fusion Emblem Event

Nine wins is achievable for most players with a reasonable deck, but a few habits make it smoother:

  1. Bring a consistent deck. Decks with built-in draw, such as those using Entei ex or Suicune ex with their Legendary Pulse Ability, recover better from poor opening hands than single-Mega decks.
  2. Play early. The event lasts about ten days, and starting in the first few leaves room for a losing streak or a busy week.
  3. Count participation too. The Pack Hourglass missions reward battles played, not just wins, so every game moves you toward something.
  4. Use the rental decks if you are short on cards. The official announcement lists six Dual Fusion rental decks available until December 15, and the October producer letter says rental decks can be used in versus battles.
  5. Stop at gold. Game8 lists nine wins as the final emblem, so once you reach it, any extra event games are only for practice.

Starting With an Account That Already Has Progress

Emblems and collection progress take time to build, and some players want a profile that already has a deep card collection behind it. The store's Pokémon TCG Pocket page lists accounts from independent sellers, with each listing describing its own collection details, such as card totals and crown rares.

One thing to keep in mind: The Pokémon Company International's Terms of Use state that virtual content is licensed to the player as non-transferable and may not be transferred or resold except where the company explicitly permits it.
