There are seven houses you can buy in Neverness to Everness as of November 2026, from Wiener Apartments at 200,000 Fons to Fenglin Villa at 8,000,000 Fons, and they unlock once you reach City Tycoon Level 5. Each home is bought from Leon Estate Group in Bridge Crossings, comes with its own permanent bonuses, holds a set number of bonded characters as guests, and feeds your account-wide Furniture Collection.
We checked this against GameWith's property guide (updated September 3, 2026), NTE Build's property list, Icy Veins' property article, AllThings. How's collection guide and Game8's beginner guide and Version 1.5 preview in November 2026.
How to Unlock and Buy Your First House
Housing is part of City Tycoon, the slice-of-life side of the game where you also run businesses, race and buy vehicles. GameWith states that properties unlock at City Tycoon Level 5, and AllThings. How adds that you reach that point after the Coffee Curator tutorial quest. Until then, keep earning Fons so the first purchase is ready the moment the level arrives.

Once you qualify, the steps are short:
- Reach City Tycoon Level 5 by following the City Tycoon tutorial quests.
- Save at least 200,000 Fons, the city currency earned from City Tycoon activities.
- Visit Leon Estate Group in Bridge Crossings.
- Buy Wiener Apartments, the only property on offer at first.
Higher-tier homes appear at Leon Estate Group as your City Tycoon Level rises. You cannot skip ahead by saving Fons alone, since each property has its own level requirement, so leveling City Tycoon and earning Fons go hand in hand.
Fons are also what you spend on cars, bikes and furniture, so expect your first few million to be pulled in several directions. Game8's beginner guide lists a Novus C2000 at 50,000 Fons as a good everyday car, which is a reasonable buy before you start saving for a second house.
Every House, Price and Requirement
Here is the full property list as it stands in November 2026. Prices come from GameWith and match NTE Build's list. Stillmeadow House and Pegasus Residence were added after launch, which is why older guides list only five homes.
| Property | Price (Fons) | City Tycoon Level | Max guests |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wiener Apartments | 200,000 | 5 | 1 |
| Eden Apartments | 1,000,000 | 7 | 2 |
| Skyview Halls | 1,400,000 | 9 | 2 |
| Golden Capital | 2,000,000 | 11 | 3 |
| Stillmeadow House | 6,900,000 | 13 | 4 |
| Pegasus Residence | 7,500,000 | 13 | 5 |
| Fenglin Villa | 8,000,000 | 13 | 5 |
The jump after Golden Capital is steep. The first four homes cost 4.6 million Fons combined, while each of the three Level 13 homes costs more than that on its own. Fenglin Villa remains the most expensive property in the game as of GameWith's September update.
A few location notes from the guides: Game8 places Eden Apartments on Davidia Avenue South, and GameWith, which covers Stillmeadow House in its Version 1.3 section, lists it in Miguel District. Owning more than one home also counts toward achievements: Real Estate Qualified for one, Dual Residence Plan for two and Life Winner for four.
What Each Home Actually Gives You
Houses are not only cosmetic. Each comes with Anomaly Furniture that grants permanent bonuses, and Icy Veins notes these range from extra CRIT DMG and Fons earnings to a higher Character Pixel cap and a vehicle skin. GameWith's summary of each property's unique effects:

- Wiener Apartments: higher CRIT DMG for your deployed character, Fluffy Cotton over time, cheaper climbing stamina, and access to the Realm of Greed Anomaly Zone.
- Eden Apartments: a higher Character Pixel cap, Fluffy Cotton, quick completion for Anomaly Zone Exploration, special City Deliveries, Hamster Ball Modules, and less vehicle durability loss in races. Game8 singles out its Dream Weaver's Knot furniture for the bonus Character Pixels.
- Skyview Halls: quick Anomaly Zone Exploration, Hamster Ball Modules, Beetle Coins from broken wooden crates, higher deployed ATK and DEF, and cheaper dash and dodge stamina.
- Golden Capital: a higher Character Pixel cap, higher CRIT DMG, quick Anomaly Zone Exploration, less race durability loss, special City Deliveries and Beetle Coins.
- Stillmeadow House: Hamster Ball Modules, special City Deliveries, Beetle Coins, a higher Character Pixel cap, cheaper swimming stamina, and a planting plot where you grow vegetables to sell for City Stamina.
- Pegasus Residence: quick Anomaly Zone Exploration, Fluffy Cotton, less vehicle durability loss, the Ghost Racer livery for the ST79, special City Deliveries, Beetle Coins, higher CRIT DMG and Hamster Ball Modules.
- Fenglin Villa: Fluffy Cotton, Realm of Greed access, higher ATK and DEF, less vehicle durability loss, the Ghost Racer livery, and cheaper dash, dodge, climbing and swimming stamina.
The combat stat bonuses are small but permanent, and the Character Pixel cap increases are the most valuable for progression, since Character Pixels are the stamina you spend on character and gear materials. Icy Veins also notes that not every property offers every Anomaly, so the homes complement each other rather than one simply replacing the last.
Guests and Bond Levels
Every property has guest slots for the characters you have bonded with. GameWith and Icy Veins both put the requirement at Bond Level 4, so a character needs a few rounds of gifts and interactions before they can move in. Guest capacity ranges from one in Wiener Apartments to five in Pegasus Residence and Fenglin Villa.
Bonding has become easier over time. Version 1.4 added a one-tap Bond Gifting option for maxing Bond levels quickly with "A Handwritten Letter," according to Final Weapon's patch summary. If you want a full house, that is the fastest route to Bond Level 4 for several characters at once.
Guests also show up when friends visit. Game8's multiplayer page lists touring each other's homes, and bringing companion characters along as guests, among the activities you can do in co-op. Our guide to NTE multiplayer explains how to invite friends once you have a place worth showing off.
Furniture and Collection Level
Furniture has a second purpose beyond decoration: every unique piece adds Collection value to an account-wide score, and your House Collection Level rises as that score crosses thresholds. AllThings. How explains the details that trip players up:
- Buying or finding a piece does not register it. You have to claim it under City Tycoon, then the Property tab, then an owned home, then Furniture Collection, pressing "Press to Collect" on each piece. There is no collect-all button.
- Duplicates add nothing. Only unique pieces count.
- The collection is shared across all your homes, so one apartment is enough to raise it.
- House Collection Level 3 is one of the objectives tied to City Tycoon Level 10.
Furniture comes from DeLuxur stores, marked with a couch icon on the Hethereau map, from free street pickups in alleys and near dumpsters, from side quests, from renovation milestones, and from defeating city anomalies. Icy Veins notes the Property Renovation Guide rewards Fons, Dreamless Seeds, extra furniture and even Annulith as you add to your homes, so decorating is one of the quieter ways to earn pull currency. Each home also has a load capacity that limits how much furniture you can place.
Version 1.5 adds some convenience here. Game8's preview lists a Blueprint quick-buy menu that purchases missing furniture when you import a Blueprint code, a Pop-Up Divination House that can be placed anywhere in Hethereau, and a Collection Cabinet in Going, Going, Gone! for trading rare assets for furniture.
Which Home to Buy First, and Where the Fons Come From
For most players the order is simple: Wiener Apartments as soon as you hit City Tycoon 5, since it is cheap and unlocks guests and the collection system, then Eden Apartments for the Character Pixel bonuses that speed up character progression. After that, choose by bonus: Skyview Halls for combat stats, Stillmeadow House if you want the farm plot, and the Level 13 homes once you have millions to spare.
Fons come from City Tycoon activities paid for with City Stamina. Game8 notes City Stamina resets weekly at 5:00 a.m. server time, and spending it before the reset is the single best habit for building a house fund. Watch for double-Fons events too: Version 1.5 runs Gold Cash from November 23 to December 7, doubling Fons from the Pink Paws Heist, and Fons Rush from December 7 to 14, doubling Fons earned from City Stamina. The NTE beginner guide covers where City Tycoon fits into your first week, the modules guide explains how the Character Pixels from these homes turn into gear, and the codes page lists the launch codes that once paid out free Fons.
Three mistakes cost new homeowners the most. The first is buying a second copy of a piece you already registered, which adds nothing to your Collection score. The second is forgetting the manual claim step, so the Collection bar sits still while the furniture piles up unregistered. The third is letting a week of City Stamina expire unspent, which is the same as throwing away a week of Fons. Fix those three and the bigger homes arrive much sooner.
If You Would Rather Not Farm Fons From Scratch
A Level 13 home takes millions of Fons and a lot of City Tycoon progress. Some players look at established accounts instead, and the store's Neverness to Everness page lists accounts from independent sellers, which are typically described by server region, characters and level, with some mentioning extras such as vehicles. The listings rotate daily.
The game's Terms of Service are clear that an account may not be sold, transferred, lent, given away or shared, so factor that in. A fresh account reaches Wiener Apartments quickly, and the weekly City Stamina reset makes steady progress toward the bigger homes.
