Blood Strike Server Change: Can You Switch Regions?

Blood Strike YouTube thumbnail: How To Change Server in Blood Strike (Easiest Way)

If you are asking how to change server in Blood Strike, the short answer is that there is no self-service switch for an existing account: your region is tied to the account itself, and picking a different server at login gives you a separate profile with separate progress. NetEase's own events describe three main servers, Asia, EU-MENA and Americas, each with its own leaderboards. Below we explain how servers work, what happens if you start fresh elsewhere, the one transfer program guides have documented, and how to contact support if you genuinely need to move.

We checked this against NetEase's official Road to Mythic event rules and update announcements, the Blood Strike Steam account linking FAQ and community discussions, the NetEase Terms of Use, and a server guide on a Blood Strike guide site, in November 2026.

Which Blood Strike Servers Exist

NetEase does not publish a standalone server list, but its official events reveal the structure. The Road to Mythic event in September 2025 crowned one champion on each of three servers, Asia, EU-MENA and Americas, and ran a separate Top 100 Mythic leaderboard for each of them. Times in that event were measured in each server's local reset time, which shows that the servers run on their own schedules as well as their own ladders.

Third-party guides sometimes describe the regions in more detail. A Blood Strike guide site's August 2026 server explainer says the regional pools are commonly presented as Asia, Europe, North America and South America, with South America usually labeled LATAM, and it mentions a dedicated Latin American Server. Official competitions follow regional lines too: the BS Latin American Cup announced on the official site in September 2026 was a Battle Royale tournament for squads from Latin America.

There is also a separately listed app called Blood Strike Max on the App Store, sold by Stellar Gate Games Limited with Arabic-language store items. If you or a friend installed that app instead of the main Blood Strike listing, check which one you are using before assuming you are on the same server.

Why You Cannot Simply Switch Regions

Your server is not a setting like graphics quality. The August 2026 server guide describes region as a property of the account, stored on NetEase's side, not something tied to your device or your connection. That is why changing your VPN or traveling abroad does not move your account, and why your friends list, squad invites and ranked lobbies stay within your region.

Players learn this the hard way. In a December 2024 Steam discussion, a player who had linked an external account found that the only server option in the Steam version was Asia, and choosing it created a brand new Blood Strike account instead of loading the existing one. The fix in that case was account linking rather than a server change, which is covered in our PC and Steam linking guide, but the lesson applies everywhere: choosing a server at login decides which account you are on.

Playing on Another Server With a New Account

If your goal is lower ping or playing with friends in another region, the realistic option is a second account created on their server. Your original account is not affected and keeps everything it owns on its own server.

The trade-off is that nothing carries over. Your skins, Gold, weapon levels, Strike Pass progress, rank and friends list all stay on the original account. A second account starts from zero, including the newcomer events, which can actually be useful: the July 2026 M4A1 Full Build Plan, for example, was a limited newcomer event that helped new accounts level the M4A1 to 50 quickly.

  • Ping: the server closest to you usually gives the lowest ping, which matters more in close fights than any setting.
  • Friends: friends lists and squad invites are scoped to one region, so you group up only with players on the same server.
  • Events: event start times are tied to server time, so a reward may unlock at a different hour on each server.
  • Purchases: Gold and Strike Pass purchases go to the account you are logged into. Double-check your server before buying, because NetEase's terms say purchases are final and non-refundable.

Before creating a second account, consider whether crossplay already solves your problem. Phone and PC players on the same server share matches, so if your friend is simply on a different device rather than a different region, our crossplay explainer shows how to group up without moving anywhere.

The Latin American Server Transfer Program

There has been at least one official transfer program, but it was narrow. The August 2026 server guide cites an official notice that offered server transfers only to players on the Latin American Server, limited to accounts created before 28 October 2023 at 00:00 UTC-6, with applications made through Main Menu, Settings, then Customer Service. We could not find the original notice on the current official news pages, so treat these details as reported rather than confirmed.

According to that guide, the transfer carried over Gold, Character Level, permanent items in the Vault and Weapon Level. It did not carry over Strike Pass and event progress, Reputation, ranked progress, titles, Ace Shooter points, personal information, nicknames or the friends list. As of November 2026 we found no announcement of a new transfer window in the official news feed, which covers updates through 20 October 2026. If NetEase opens another one, it will appear in a version update announcement or on the official social channels.

Contacting Support the Right Way

If you have a genuine reason to move, such as relocating permanently to another continent, ask NetEase directly rather than relying on workarounds. There are two official routes.

  1. In game, open Settings and find the customer service center, which NetEase's own FAQ points players to.
  2. By email, write to the support address listed on the official Blood Strike website.
  3. Include your game ID, your current server, the server you want and the reason. If you have accounts on more than one platform, list each game ID.
  4. Wait for a reply before buying anything or changing linked accounts, because changes made in the meantime can complicate the request.

Avoid anyone who offers to "move" your account for a fee. Doing so means handing over your login, and NetEase's Terms of Use say you may not share or transfer your account. A real transfer, if one is available, comes from NetEase's own support.

Checking Your Server and Ping First

Before you decide anything, confirm which server you are actually on. The server guide recommends checking the region and server information in Settings, then comparing your friends list and recent matches. The in-match network display shows your ping, which is the most practical test of whether a different server would help.

Keep server time in mind too. NetEase schedules maintenance and events by server time; a November 2024 maintenance window, for example, was announced in UTC+8, and the Road to Mythic leaderboard closed at 23:59 local server time. If an event reward seems to arrive at an odd hour, that is usually the reason. And if you are chasing free rewards on a new account, our codes and free rewards guide explains where official codes and login events are announced.

Mistakes to Avoid Around Servers

Most server problems come from a few avoidable slips, usually made in a hurry when a friend is waiting in a lobby. These are the ones that cause the most lost progress.

  • Launching a new platform before linking: on Steam in particular, NetEase says logging in before linking your existing account means that Steam account can no longer be linked to it. Link first, then launch.
  • Buying Gold on the wrong account: if you have accounts on two servers, it is easy to top up the one you did not mean to. Purchases are final, so confirm the server and game ID every time.
  • Keeping both progress sets by accident: when a Steam account and an existing account both have progress, NetEase makes you keep one, and its own notice says the choice to switch to Steam progress cannot be reversed.
  • Trusting "transfer services": anyone outside NetEase who asks for your login to move your account is asking you to break the account-sharing rules, and you lose control of the account in the process.
  • Assuming ranked carries over: even in the documented Latin American transfer, ranked progress and titles did not move, so a new region means a new climb.

If you already made one of these mistakes, stop changing things and contact customer service with every game ID involved. NetEase's FAQ says it processes progress selection requests within one business day, and support can see far more about your accounts than any guide can.

Starting on the Right Server

Since the server is fixed to the account, it makes sense to start on the region you will actually play in. The Blood Strike section of the store lists accounts from marketplace sellers, and many listings name their region (such as Asia or EU), which is the first thing to check against the server you want. NetEase's Terms of Use say you may not share, sell or transfer your account without its prior consent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my server in Blood Strike?

Not for an existing account through a menu. The region is tied to the account, and choosing another server at login uses a separate account with separate progress.

What servers does Blood Strike have?

NetEase's official events name three: Asia, EU-MENA and Americas. Guides also mention a dedicated Latin American Server.

Will I lose my skins if I play on another server?

Your skins stay on your original account, which remains on its server. A new account on another server starts empty.

Does a VPN change my Blood Strike server?

No. The region is stored with your account on NetEase's side, so a VPN only changes your connection route, not the region your account belongs to.

Can I play with friends on a different server?

Not on the same account. Friends lists and squad invites are limited to one region, so one of you would need an account on the other's server.

Is there a Blood Strike server transfer in 2026?

We found no new transfer program in the official news as of November 2026. The only documented one applied to older Latin American Server accounts.
