Ask long-time Shinobi Striker players what they are still chasing and many will name an outfit, not a jutsu. The wardrobe is huge, it is spread across master training, scroll appraisals, paid packs and years of updates, and nobody completes it by accident. That is why "all clothes" is one of the most searched lines on our PlayStation saves.
Both of our $50 saves for PS4 and PS5 list all clothes, but they do not itemise the wardrobe the same way. This guide explains how cosmetics are normally earned, what each listing actually covers, and how to get the most out of a full closet without drawing the wrong kind of attention.
How cosmetics are normally earned
Your look starts at avatar creation, where you set appearance parts such as hair, eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth and face paint. Clothing comes later and is split into pieces: tops and bottoms are separate items, many come in several colour variants, and accessories like piercings and earrings sit on top. You swap all of it in the costume menu at the Inn.
Filling that menu is slow because the pieces come from different places. Master training pays out costumes among its rewards, so each new DLC master tends to add to the pile; Jiraiya (Sage Mode), for example, brings a young Jiraiya outfit. Scrolls appraised by Tenten at the Ninja Tools Shop roll for costumes, weapons and ninja tools at random. Some outfits, such as the Seventh Hokage costume and the Shinobi Strikers coats, were sold as their own paid packs.

What each save lists
The unlock-all save keeps it short: "All clothes" sits next to "Unlock all including DLC", max scrolls and the infinite perks. The Jiraiya save itemises the cosmetic side category by category. The table lays the two side by side using only the wording on each product page.
| Category | Unlock-all save | Jiraiya save |
|---|---|---|
| Clothes | All clothes | All Clothes Unlocked |
| Accessories | Not itemised; covered by "unlock all" | All Accessories Unlocked |
| Hair and make-up | Not itemised | All Hair & Make-Up Unlocked |
| Titles | Not itemised | All Titles Unlocked |
| Weapons | Not itemised | All Ninja Weapons Unlocked |
| Perk outfits | Infinite perks listed, outfits not named | Male and female sets named piece by piece |
| Scrolls for more appraisals | Max scrolls | Not listed |
If the full styling toolkit is what you care about, the Jiraiya save is the one that spells out hair, make-up, accessories and titles. If you mostly want the clothes plus a pile of scrolls to keep appraising, the unlock-all save covers that. Where a "not itemised" cell matters to you, ask support before ordering rather than reading it as a yes or a no.
Paid costume packs and future outfits
Both listings include DLC in their unlock wording. Even so, if one specific paid costume is the reason you are buying, mention it to support and ask how it will appear on your account. Bandai Namco ties some DLC content to ownership; its own training sets, for instance, only unlock rewards for DLC masters you have bought. A two-line question before checkout avoids a disappointed first login.
A save also cannot contain clothes that do not exist yet. Season Pass 10 still has two master packs due by March 2027, each likely to bring its own costume. Anything released after your save is applied will need to be earned or bought the normal way.

Getting the most out of a full wardrobe
A complete closet changes how you dress your avatar. Instead of wearing whatever dropped last, you can build themed looks: a village uniform with a matching headband, a Kara-inspired outfit using the Kawaki, Jigen or Delta accessories, or a mix of tops and bottoms from different characters in colours that actually go together. The colour variants are where most of the creativity lives, so browse them rather than stopping at the default shade.
Loadouts are saved in slots, and each slot carries its own costume alongside the type, weapon and jutsu. Set one slot per look you like and you can switch style and playstyle together between matches. The class build guide pairs well with this if you want each outfit tied to a real build.

A note on the perk outfits
The Jiraiya save's modded outfits are ordinary-looking pieces (Sasuke, Ino, Temari and Konohamaru outfits in particular colours, plus Kara accessories) that also switch on infinite ultimate, sub-weapon or jutsu. Wear them in VR missions or private rooms and nobody cares. Wear them in ranked and the perk, not the look, is what other players notice. If you only want style, simply pick a different set. Our infinite jutsu guide lists every piece.
Where to order
Both saves are on the Shinobi Striker hub: the unlock-all save for clothes plus max scrolls, and the Jiraiya save for the itemised cosmetic list. Each is applied to your own PSN account and needs PS Plus active on it. If you would rather keep farming outfits yourself, the scroll farming guide is the place to start.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do both saves include every outfit?
Both list all clothes. The Jiraiya save also names accessories, hair and make-up, titles and weapons as separate unlocked categories, while the unlock-all save covers them under its "unlock all" wording without itemising them.
Are paid DLC costumes included?
Both listings include DLC in their unlock wording. If a particular paid costume is your main reason for ordering, ask support how it will show on your account before you pay, since some DLC content is tied to ownership.
Will costumes released next year be on my save?
No. A save only holds items that exist when it is applied. Season Pass 10 still has two master packs due by March 2027, and their costumes will have to be earned or bought normally.
Do the modded outfits work for female avatars?
Yes. The Jiraiya listing names separate male and female sets for each effect, using Ino and Temari outfits for female avatars and Sasuke and Konohamaru pieces for male ones.
Where do I change outfits after the save is applied?
In the costume menu at the Inn, where tops, bottoms, accessories and colour variants are listed separately. Save each finished look to its own loadout slot so you can switch quickly.
